Doris Grau (October 12, 1924 - December 30, 1995) was an American actress, script supervisor and voice artist, perhaps most famous for her work in later life on The Simpsons, where she provided the voice for Lunchlady Doris and other characters. Like Selma Diamond, Grau played gravel-voiced, chain-smoking women on TV shows like The Simpsons and The Critic. She also had a few guest appearances on The Tracey Ullman Show and provided additional voices for the movie Babe.

Following Grau's death from lung disease in 1995, the characters she voiced were retired out of respect (similar to the retirement of Phil Hartman's characters), with the exception of Lunchlady Doris, who returned to The Simpsons after a decade-long absence in 2006 in Season 18.
