Do it Yourself is the sole album by short-lived English band The Seahorses, the group formed by ex-Stone Roses guitarist John Squire. The cover features a photograph of a 1996 sculpture by Squire entitled "Do it Yourself" taken by his brother Matt. The highest charting single was "Love Is the Law", which made the number three spot on the UK Singles Chart, though the single was a much shorter radio edit, which did not feature John's guitar solo.

To promote the release of the album there followed a short UK tour in December 1997 in which they were supported by American alternative rock band Third Eye Blind.
