Denis King is an Ivor Novello award-winning English composer and actor. As a writer he composed music for the British television series The Adventures of Black Beauty, Lovejoy and Worzel Gummidge amongst others. He also composed the theme to the 1992 series The New Adventures of Black Beauty. In the 1950s and 1960s he had some success playing in The King Brothers, with his two older siblings. As an actor he appeared in episodes of Lovejoy and Oh Boy!.
