In the NFL he played mainly cornerback but also some wide receiver and special teams for the Atlanta Falcons, the San Francisco 49ers, the Dallas Cowboys, the Washington Redskins and the Baltimore Ravens, winning the Super Bowl with the 49ers and Cowboys. In Major League Baseball, he played for the New York Yankees, the Atlanta Braves, the Cincinnati Reds and the San Francisco Giants. His college career was at Florida State University, where he excelled at both football and baseball. In April 2006, he became a part owner of the Austin Wranglers, an Arena Football League team based in Austin, Texas. Sanders also works for the NFL Network, appearing on the Sunday night highlights show NFL GameDay and NFL Total Access.
