Deepsea was a short-lived drilling rig operator created by Odfjell Drilling and listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. The Bergen, Norway based company was created in 1996 to operate the drilling rig Deepsea Stavanger. In 1997 the company was liquidated when the rig was sold to Marine Drilling.
