A stabilit locuinţa preoţilor lui Zamolxe pe muntele Cogeon (Kogaionon) dincolo de Dunăre. A reformat pontificatul zamolxian. A împărţit pe geţi în ordinul Piloforilor sau Pileaţilor şi ordinul Capeluttilor sau Comaţilor. A cultivat în rândul geţilor astronomia şi agricultura. A reconstruit altare noi şi a construit edificii sacre. Se pare că a urmat canoanele arhitectonice din Egipt (unde trăise) precum şi din Orient.
