McManners has two children, one being British singer and actor Joseph McManners and is the ex-wife of Hugh McManners. She lives in Petham in Kent and is also credited as being the first female medical doctor in the UK to become a registered naturopath. She was described by the London Evening Standard as being amongst the "best of Londons' therapists".
