Davlatmand Kholov is a musician and singer from Tajikistan. Great expert in old style of Tadjik music - "Falak". He is well known for his works on the two-string dutar and hidjak, a popular instruments in the Middle Asia. He plays and sings poetry Sufi poets, first of all by Jalaleddin Rumi, Davlatman’s outlook is close to Rumi’s poetry and philosophy. He has released the album Learned & Folk Music on January 9, 1996.
