David Filo (born 20 April 1966 in Wisconsin) is an American businessman and the co-founder of Yahoo! with Jerry Yang. Until the company decided to switch to PHP, his Filo Server Program, written in the C programming language, was the server-side scripting software used to dynamically serve variable web pages, called Filo Server Pages, on visits to the Yahoo! web site.
