David William Tollner (born 31 January 1966) is an Australian politician, currently representing the Fong Lim in the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly for the Country Liberal Party since the 2008 election. Prior to this, he had represented the same party at Federal level as a member for the Australian House of Representatives from November 2001 until November 2007, representing the Division of Solomon, Northern Territory.

Tollner failed to retain his seat at the 2007 federal election, losing to Labor candidate Damian Hale by 196 votes. Tollner then stood for and ultimately won the newly formed seat of Fong Lim in the 2008 Territory election for the Country Liberal Party.
