Daniel Gallery (April 13, 1859 – November 9, 1920) was a Canadian politician. Born in Slivedooley, County Clare, Ireland, the son of Thomas Gallery and Mary O'Neill, Gallery was educated at the Christian Brothers' School. A merchant, he was an Alderman and School Commissioner in Montreal. He was first elected to the Canadian House of Commons at the general elections of 1900. He was re-elected at the general elections of 1904.

He was re-elected at the general elections of 1904. A Liberal, he served until 1906 when the election was declared void. He was defeated in the 1917 federal election.

Réélu en 1904, cette dernière élection fut déclarée nulle en 1906. Tentant sans succès de revenir en politique, il fut à nouveau défait dans Sainte-Anne en 1917.
