Daniel Bernard (born is a Canadian politician, who served as Member of the National Assembly for the electoral district of Rouyn-Noranda–Témiscamingue from 2003 to 2007. He was re-elected in the same district in 2008. He is a member of the Quebec Liberal Party. Bernard is an alumnus of the Université Laval and the Université du Québec à Montréal. At Laval, he obtained a bachelor's degree in sciences and geology in 1982 and a master's degree in structural geology in 1987.
