Danica Mae McKellar (born January 3, 1975) is an American actress, mathematics author and education advocate. She is best known for her role as Winnie Cooper in the television show The Wonder Years, and now as author of the two New York Times bestsellers, Math Doesn't Suck, and Kiss My Math, which encourage middle-school girls to learn math.

Bis 1998 studierte sie an der UCLA, schloss mit „summa cum laude“ ab und erhielt den Bachelor of Science im Fach Mathematik. Das Chayes-McKellar-Winn-Theorem ist u.a. nach ihr benannt. Noch heute hält sie Vorträge an Universitäten und arbeitet als Gastdozentin an der UCLA.
