Dale Lavelle Carter is a former American football cornerback who played for the Kansas City Chiefs (1992–1998), Denver Broncos (1999–2000), Minnesota Vikings (2001), New Orleans Saints (2002–2003), and Baltimore Ravens (2003–2005). Carter was drafted as a cornerback by the Chiefs in the 1992 NFL Draft out of the University of Tennessee and became a vital part of the Chiefs' defense in the 1990s under Marty Schottenheimer.
