Daggubati Purandareswari (born 22 April 1959) is an Indian politician from the state of Andhra Pradesh. The daughter of N.T. Rama Rao, former chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, actor and founder of the Telugu Desam political party, she is a member of the Indian National Congress. She represents the Visakhapatnam constituency of Andhra Pradesh in 15th Lok Sabha of India.

She had previously represented the Bapatla constituency in the 14th Lok Sabha, during which period, she served as Minister of State in the Ministry of Human Resource Development. She did Bachelor of Arts from South Indian Educational Trust and Women College, followed by a short course in gemmology at the Gemmological Institute of India . She is the wife of politician Daggubati Venkateswara Rao. Daggubati Venkateswara Rao her husband is a Ex-Minister, Ex-Member of Cabinet and Current Member of Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly representing Parchoor constituency in Prakasham District. He won the 2009 General Election by getting 73,691 votes and a majority of 2,776 votes.
