D-Block formerly known as The LOX, is an American rap group founded in the mid-1990s by Sheek Louch, Jadakiss and Styles P. In 2001, the group changed their name from "The L.O.X. " to "D-Block". They were rumored to be signed to Def Jam Records; however, they have announced a successful deal with Bad Boy Records. As The LOX, the group released two albums, Money, Power & Respect in 1998 for Bad Boy Records and We Are the Streets in 2000 for Ruff Ryders Entertainment.
