Cyril Harry Alfred Lakin c.(1915-1993) was a Welsh politician and farmer who was the Conservative Party Member of Parliament (MP) for the Llandaff and Barry (UK Parliament constituency) in south Wales. As a politician in the early 1940s he was elected in 1942 with a 5,655 majority. He spent most of his life as a farmer at Highlight Farm in Barry with his wife Mary, a farm which the Lakin family have owned for centuries in the Vale of Glamorgan.
