It has announced that 2008 will be the "year of development" of the project, however as of late 2008, it is nonfunctional. Like Wikipedia, the articles are released under the GNU Free Documentation License. Its authors and webmasters are Darko Bulatović and Damir Mustafić According to Darko Bulatović in an interview for the Montenegrin daily newspaper, Vijesti, the wiki-encyclopedia has been a victim of wiki-hacking, having been attacked by users from Serbia. In a statement made by Darko Bulatović, the wiki will be moving to newer servers within the year and will be updating MediaWiki software on the wiki as well. As of late 2008, the project is closed.
