Counterfeit Holiday was a power pop / rock band from Atlanta, Georgia that formed in 2004. The band was composed of former members of other local bands, including Standard Grade, Burn You Beautiful, and Week Proposal. In 2005, Counterfeit Holiday began work on their debut E.P. , entitled Take Two and Call Us in the Morning, and it was subsequently released in mid-2006 on both CD as well as on iTunes to much critical acclaim.

However, recording ceased before any of the tracks were finished, and the band is currently no longer together.
