Corrie Corfield (born 1961 in Oxford) is a BBC Radio 4 continuity announcer and newsreader. She grew up near Stratford-upon-Avon, and was educated at Goldsmiths, University of London, where she read English and Drama. She first joined the BBC as a studio manager in 1983 and read the news on Radio 4 from 1989. Between 1991 and 1995 she worked in South Africa and in Canada, but returned to Radio 4 in 1995.
