- Commerce is the activity of buying and selling of goods and services, especially on a large scale. The system includes legal, economic, political, social, cultural and technological systems that are in operation in any country or internationally. Thus, commerce is a system or an environment that affects the business prospects of economies. - Kommerz, ursprünglich „Geschäftsleben“ (von lat.: commercium, „Handel“, aus cum „mit(einander)“ und merx „Handelsgut“, über das frz. commerce), wurde teilweise bis ins beginnende 20. Jahrhundert in der ursprünglichen Bedeutung als Synonym für Handel verwendet. Davon abgeleitet war im Deutschen Reich und ist in Österreich der Titel Kommerzienrat. Meyers Konversations-Lexikon erachtete 1888 den Begriff für veraltet. Heute wird der Ausdruck meist abwertend im Sinne eines allein auf Gewinnerzielung gerichteten Interesses verwendet. Im Gegensatz dazu wird „nichtkommerziell“ als „ohne Gewinnerzielungsabsicht“ verwendet und oft als positives Merkmal für ehrenamtliche, uneigennützige oder lediglich kostendeckende Aktivitäten von Privatpersonen, Vereinen und Gruppierungen herausgestellt. * 發生交易行為 3.
* 出於雙方自願 4.
