Chris Weber is a rock musician born in Los Angeles, California on October 16, 1966. He was a founding member of Hollywood Rose along with Axl Rose and Izzy Stradlin. In 1998, Weber co-founded the post-grunge band U.P.O.. They went on to record a successful debut album under Epic Records and an independent follow-up in 2004.
