Christopher F. "Chris" Kratt is an American host of children's television programs Kratts' Creatures and Zoboomafoo as well as Be the Creature, which runs on the National Geographic Channel. Kratt grew up in Warren Township, New Jersey. He holds a B.A. in biology from Carleton College. In all of his educational childhood programs, Chris co-hosts with his brother Martin Kratt. In 1990, he served as an intern at Conservation International in Washington, D.C..
