Zum Service von Chipotle gehört es auch, dass eine Bestellung per Fax abgegeben werden kann und damit das Essen dann an einem Pick-Up-Schalter fertig und abholbereit steht. Seit 2005 ist es auch möglich, online zu bestellen.
