Charles H. Joffe (July 16, 1929 - July 9, 2008) was an American film producer. He is most well known as being, in partnership with Jack Rollins, the producer, and sometimes also executive producer, of virtually all of the films directed by Woody Allen. Joffe won the 1977 Academy Award for Best Picture as producer of Allen's Annie Hall. Joffe was the stepfather of director Nicole Holofcener. He died at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, after suffering from a long illness.
