Sir Charles Galton Darwin, KBE, MC, FRS (18 December 1887–31 December 1962) was an English physicist, the grandson of Charles Darwin. He served as director of the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) during the Second World War.

Darwin hat im Jahr 1910 sein Mathematikstudium am Trinity College in Cambridge abgeschlossen. Später hat er an der Universität Manchester mit Niels Bohr und Ernest Rutherford zusammengearbeitet. Während des Ersten Weltkrieges hat sich Darwin bei den Royal Engineers mit den Problemen der Ballistik beschäftigt.
