Charles Ferguson Paul (April 26, 1902 – February 17, 1965) was a United States federal judge. Born in Wheeling, West Virginia, Paul received an A.B. from West Virginia University in 1923 and an LL.B. from Harvard Law School in 1926. He was in private practice in Wheeling from 1926 to 1960.
