Charity Brown (born Phyllis Boltz in Kitchener, Ontario) is a Canadian film actress, singer, and vocal-lender for television animation shorts. She is one of Eastwood Collegiate Institute's notable alumni. She was nominated for Female Vocalist of the Year at the 1978 Juno Awards. Charity (known as Phyllis Brown at the time) was the lead vocalist for Rain, a popular Kitchener, Ontario-based rock band.
