Charalambos or Haralambos Vilaetis was a Greek Greek revolutionary leader. He descended from a famous family of Pyrgos in which he was one of the first who inhabited the area. He was born in 1781 and moved to Zakynthos in 1806 with the mark of sergeant next to Kolokotronis. He was a member of the Filiki Etaireia. In 1821, he became a leader of the Greeks in Ilia. He lead the revolution in Pyrgos and raised the Greek flag.

He in the area of Strefi east of Pyrgos and west of Olympia with 100 people. In the battle, he was injured and was later killed. He was only 40 year old when he was killed. In 1848], Lysandros Vilaetis revolted along with approximately 80 comrades who ran into Pyrgos. Le left for Zakynthos in which the movement failed. He was finally pardoned in 1849. He died in 1860.
