About: Cannibal Girls

Cannibal Girls is director Ivan Reitman's third film. It was filmed in 1973, in rural areas surrounding Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This movie was made with a low budget and most of the dialogue was improvised. It is about three young women being led by a Reverend who preaches cannibalism. The story gives off an urban legend feel, and was made as a spoof of traditional horror films.
