Burnt Church Band or Burnt Church First Nation is a Mi'kmaq First Nation in New Brunswick, Canada, centred south of the community of Lagacéville (approximately 4.5 km) and southwest of the village of Neguac (approximately 7 km) on Miramichi Bay. It comprises about 1500 members, with two Indian reserves in Northumberland County and two reserves in Gloucester County.

Außerhalb des kanadischen Ostens wurde der Stamm durch Auseinandersetzungen um Fangrechte bekannt, bei denen es vor allem um das seit 1759 verbriefte Recht der Mi'kmaq auf den Fang von Hummer (lobster) ging. Dieser durfte nach kolonialer Rechtsprechung durch die Mi'kmaq jederzeit durchgeführt werden, doch kam es 2000 und 2001 zu Auseinandersetzungen mit nicht-indigenen Hummerfängern und mit der Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Dabei wurden Boote und Fanggeräte zerstört, mehrere Indianer gerieten in Lebensgefahr.
