Bruno Eduardo Rodríguez Parrilla (born Jan 1958 in Mexico) is a Cuban diplomat and politician. He is presently the Foreign Minister of Cuba. He was the Permanent Representative of Cuba to the United Nations from 1995 to 2003. Rodriguez Parrilla was appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba on March 2, 2009 replacing Felipe Pérez Roque after serving as the Vice-Minister. This was a result of the 2009 shake-up by Raúl Castro

Rodríguez Parrilla ist Sohn eines spanischen Bürgerkriegsflüchtlings. Seine politische Karriere begann er als Studentenführer im kubanischen Studentenverband FEU. Später war er als Juraprofessor an der Universität Havanna, Sekretär für internationale Beziehungen im kommunistischen Jugendverband UJC sowie Chefredakteur der Jungendzeitung Juventud Rebelde tätig. 1990 wurde Rodríguez Mitglied des Zentralkomitees der Kommunistischen Partei Kubas (PCC) und zwei Jahre später Chef des Kulturdepartments des ZK. Von 1993 bis 2004 fungierte er als Botschafter seines Landes bei der UNO. Ab 2004 war Rodríguez stellvertretender Außenminister unter Felipe Pérez Roque. Am 2. März 2009 nahm Kubas Staats- und Regierungschef Raúl Castro eine größere Regierungsumbildung vor, wobei er Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla zum neuen Außenminister ernannte.
