Brougham was a brief rap rock/nu metal sideproject founded by Jason Slater, and his childhood friend Luke Oakson aka Luke Sick in Palo Alto, California and recorded for Warner Bros. Records. Driven by hard bass lines, and Luke Sick's comedic flows the album was quite good, though a commercial flop. Only a few tracks from Le Cock Sportif (2000), Brougham's sole album, appeared on hard-rock radio stations and shows the same year before the band eventually dissolved.
