Brian Russell Green is a Queen's Counsel and a leading member of the Law Society of England and Wales. The son of Bertram Green and Dora Green (née Rinsler), he was educated at Ilford County High School and St Edmund Hall, Oxford. He was called to the Bar in the Middle Temple, 1980; he became a member of Lincoln's Inn, 1991.
