Robert Chance is a former professional baseball player who played 6 seasons for the Cleveland Indians, Washington Senators, and California Angels of Major League Baseball. Chance played two seasons in Japan for the Atoms. He also played in the Puerto Rican Professional Baseball League with Leones de Ponce during the 1961-62 season. A powerful slugger, he recorded the longest home run in Puerto Rican history, an estimated 600-foot shot to right field.
