William Daniel MacLeod (born May 13, 1942 in Gloucester, Massachusetts) is a former relief pitcher in Major League Baseball who played briefly for the Boston Red Sox during the 1962 season. Listed at 6' 2", 190 lb., he batted and threw left-handed. MacLeod was back in the minors in 1963. In 1965, while pitching for Double-A Pittsfield in the Eastern League, he finished with an 18-0 record. Counting his final four decisions of the 1964 season, he won 22 consecutive games. He retired after the 1968 season.
