Billy Joe Crawford (born May 16, 1982) is a Filipino-American recording artist, singer-songwriter and philanthropist. Crawford is a Bilingual Filipino Singer. His second language is English and he is conversational in French. Crawford not only lived in New York City, USA, but also in Paris for five years and for one year in London. He lived in Los Angeles in 2007. In 2008, he went to Manila to host Pinoy Dream Academy's uberture.

Von 2003 bis 2004 lebte er vorwiegend in Paris bei seiner Verlobten Lorie, einer französischen Popsängerin, von der er sich im Sommer 2004 trennte, und produziert nur für Frankreich und seit kurzem auch für Großbritannien. Während es in Großbritannien noch mäßig läuft, ist er Frankreichs „chouchou“. Den größten Preis, den er bisher gewann, war wohl der Energy Award 2002 als Bester männlicher Sänger. 2004 erschien dort auch sein drittes Album Big City.
