William C. "Bill" Mims (born June 20, 1957, in Harrisonburg, Virginia) is the Attorney General of Virginia. A Republican, he served in the Virginia House of Delegates 1992–98 and the Senate of Virginia 1998–2006. He was Chief Deputy Attorney General under Virginia Attorney General Bob McDonnell, who resigned on February 20, 2009, to spend full time on his campaign for governor.
