William Eugene Kelso (February 19, 1940, in Kansas City, Missouri – May 11, 2009) is a retired professional baseball player who played four seasons for the Los Angeles Angels, California Angels, and Cincinnati Reds of Major League Baseball. Kelso died in North Kansas City, Missouri on May 11, 2009. He was traded to the Angels and spent parts of three seasons with LA during 1964-67. He pitched for Cincinnati in 1968 and ended his playing career with a 12-5 record.

Kelso’s pizza parlor in Liberty was a popular hangout for Chiefs players when the football team was in training at William Jewell College.
