Bilal M. Ayyub is an American engineer. He is professor of civil and environmental engineering at the University of Maryland, College Park, and the director of the Center for Technology and Systems Management (CTSM) at the A. James Clark School of Engineering. He also co-directs with Robert Finkelstein the CTSM's Intelligent Systems Laboratory. Ayyub has been at the University of Maryland since 1983.
