'Bennachie is a range of hills in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. It has several tops, the highest of which, Oxen Craig, has a height of 528 m (1733 feet). The most prominent peak, Mither Tap (518 m, 1699 feet) provides good views of the county to the north and east. Most of the tops lie along an east / west ridge, with the exception of Millstone Hill (409 m) an outlier or spur which is separated from and to the south of the main ridge. Mither Tap has an Iron Age fort on its summit.

Etliche Kilometer nordöstliche befindet sich noch der Mormond Hill, der mit 234 m jedoch wesentlich niedriger ist und daher im Englischen auch als Hügel bezeichnet wird. Der Bergrücken verläuft grob in ost-westliche Richtung und hat mehrere Gipfel, deren höchster, der Oxen Craig, 528 Meter misst. Weitaus bekannter ist jedoch der Nebengipfel des Mither Tap mit 518 m, dessen markante Spitze am westlichen Rand des Berges steht und die hügelige Fläche darunter um rund 350 m überragt. Auf ihm befindet sich eine eisenzeitliche Verteidigungsanlage, von der aus man eine gute Sicht auf das Gelände im Norden und Osten hat. Traditionell wird behauptet, der Bennachie sei der Mons Graupius aus der Schlacht am Mons Graupius, wofür es jedoch keine Beweise gibt. Der Berg mit seinem leichten Anstieg bis hinauf zum Gipfel ist aufgrund seiner Nähe zu Aberdeen ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel für Wanderer.
