Ben Harding (born 1965) is a British guitarist. A former BBC clerk, he achieved and managed to sustain commercial success in the music industry throughout the 90s, firstly as a member of U. K punk/pop pioneers Senseless Things, then with Britrockers 3 Colours Red, contributing to a total of 10 U. K top 40 singles. He eventually embarked upon a career in public and media relations following the first split of 3 Colours Red in 1999.
