Beatrice Alfonso of Castile-León (1242–1303) was the second Queen consort of Afonso III of Portugal. She was an illegitimate daughter of Alfonso X of Castile and his mistress Mayor Guillén de Guzmán. She was married to Afonso III in 1253. Earlier that year he had divorced his first wife, Matilda II of Boulogne, because she was unable to provide him with an heir and was considered infertile. The bride was about eleven years old and the groom was 32 years old. They had the following children:

Urraca de Castela, esposa de Afonso II de Portugal e mãe de Afonso III. As rainhas de Portugal contaram, desde muito cedo, com os rendimentos de bens, adquiridos, na sua grande maioria, por doação. D. Beatriz de Gusmão deteve, por doação deste último, Torres Novas, Alenquer, e posteriormente o respectivo padroado. Beatriz de Castela faleceu em 27 de Outubro de 1303, com 61 anos, e está sepultada no Mosteiro de Alcobaça.
