Warne sings lead vocals on many of tracks contained on The Stranglers' most recent studio album, Suite XVI, and in live gigs sings the vocals that would previously have been sung by Hugh Cornwell. Baz is credited by many Stranglers fans, old and new, as injecting a new lease of life into the band, both in the studio and in its live shows.
