The Prep School, for Grades 6, 7 and 8, is located on the third floor in the lower school building. There is a preschool campus for students between the ages of 2 and Junior Kindergarten. The Upper School is for students in Grades 9 to 12. It is located in a separate campus on Moatfield Drive across the street from the lower school and beside a Kraft Canada Division building. Bayview Glen is also a member of Round Square and CISAA. Bayview Glen sports two equipped gymnasiums, science labs, two libraries complemented with computer and encyclopedia resources, four computer labs, and two fully staffed cafeterias. Bayview Glen's upper school houses a fully functional theater designed to host events ranging from music festivals to plays. Two accessible fields allow Bayview Glen to host outdoor activities and sports matches. The three campuses are surrounded by 40 acres of conservation land.
