The Bayono-Awbono languages are a small family of Papuan languages, Bayono and Awbono, each spoken by a hundred people in the southeast of Papua province, Indonesia. The Bayono are monolingual. The languages have only recently been recognized, and were not classified by either Stephen Wurm or Malcolm Ross.
