Baron Belstead, of Ipswich in the County of Suffolk, was a peerage title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom. It was created on 27 January 1938 for the Conservative MP for Ipswich, Sir Francis Ganzoni. He had already been created a Baronet, of Ipswich, Suffolk, on 22 March 1929. The second Baron Belstead was created a life peer as Baron Ganzoni, in order to allow him to remain in the House of Lords despite the House of Lords Act 1999, on November 17 1999.
