Over 95% of each year's graduating class will ultimately pursue some form of tertiary studies. Barker is affiliated with the Headmasters' and Headmistresses' Conference, the Association of Heads of Independent Schools of Australia (AHISA), the Junior School Heads Association of Australia (JSHAA), the Australian Boarding Schools' Association (ABSA), the Independent Schools Association (ISA), and is a founding member of the Combined Associated Schools (CAS).
