Barbara Mazzel Anne Perry (born 9 May 1963) is a New South Wales Australian Labor Party politician representing the state electoral district of Auburn. Perry is the daughter of Lebanese immigrants, Ralph and Susan Abood, and is married with five sons. She was educated by the Sisters of Charity and the Marist Brothers. She graduated in law from the University of Sydney and worked at the Legal Aid Commission from 1990.

Perry was re-elected on the 24th of March 2007 and was appointed Minister for Juvenile Justice, Minister for Western Sydney and Minister Assisting the Premier on Citizenship. In 2008, due to a reshuffling of the cabinet, Perry was appointed Minister for Local Government and Minister Assisting the Minister for Mental Health
