The EP was recorded in Sound In Motion Recordings and released by Modern Radio Records and featured tracks that were later re-released. "Throw Down", "Back to the Beat", and "Capital H" were all re-released on a split EP done with Schatzi, "Capital H" was also re-released on Motion City Soundtrack's debut album I Am the Movie.
